How Ordering Works
From browsing the menu to collecting at the counter — or having it delivered to your door — here's exactly what happens, start to finish. No account needed.

Browse & Build Your Order
Explore the menu and add whatever catches your eye — no account needed. Choose Order for Today for desserts fresh from our shop display, subject to available stock, or Pre-order to have them prepared for a later date, with the minimum notice shown on each product. Collection or delivery is available with either option.

About Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders are made fresh for the date you choose. A cake normally sold by the slice is Pre-Ordered whole, priced as the full cake it's cut from. Some items, like weekend-only bakes, can only be chosen on the days they're genuinely made.

Review Your Cart
Check your desserts and quantities, change or remove anything, and see your product subtotal. When you're happy, tap Proceed To Checkout. Nothing is charged until you pay.

- STEP 3
Collection Or Delivery
Choose Collect In-Store at Leaping Frog Shopping Centre, or Delivery by courier, then your time window — and, for a Pre-order, your date. Delivering? Enter your address and we check it straight away — the delivery fee and an estimated arrival time are shown before you go any further.

Delivery
Deliveries are made by courier within our 60km delivery radius. We request your courier at the start of the delivery window you choose and show an estimated arrival time — an estimate only, as courier availability and traffic can cause delays. The delivery fee depends on your address and is confirmed before you pay.

Your Details
Just your full name, email address and mobile number — and only to fulfil your order. Your email receives your confirmation, receipt and collection QR code; your mobile lets us reach you about your collection or any stock issue, and lets your courier contact you on delivery.

Review & Pay
Everything on one page — your desserts and quantities, collection or delivery, date and time, contact details and the complete total — with an Edit link beside each, so you can fix anything before paying. Then pay securely through Yoco, our payment partner: your card details go straight to them, never to us.

- STEP 6
Payment Confirmed
The moment payment clears, your order is confirmed on screen with its own QR code — or your delivery PIN — and emailed to you, so you can always find it again.
Join HAUTE Rewards — 5% Back
Join right after paying — just choose a password and confirm your email — and 5% of that order is added to your balance to use next time. Every order after that earns 5% too. Already a member? Your points are added automatically.
- STEP 7
Collect Or Receive Your Delivery
Arrive within your chosen time slot and show your QR code at the counter — on your phone or printed. We scan it and hand over your order; each QR code works only once, so nobody else can collect it. Delivering? Your courier brings your order to your door — give them your delivery PIN to confirm the handover.
