Couture Confections: HAUTE Featured In Hirsch's Magazine

It's reaching HAUTE's own news page a little later than planned, but no less an honour for it: HAUTE Boutique Patisserie was recently featured in Hirsch's Homestores' own magazine, in a spread simply titled "Couture Confections."

The feature didn't stop at the desserts. It went into the kitchen itself — and named the real equipment behind HAUTE's own collections. HAUTE's founder, Chef Nikita De Sutter, pointed to her Kenwood Titanium mixer as the single appliance she relies on most, alongside her trusted oven and a Bosch hand mixer for the finer, more delicate work.
